Hi 8,
Don't worry, the photos are hosted on Imgur, so they should be safe.
Set list was similar to ones already mentioned - he didn't play Snelsmore Wood though.
We were lucky to get seated near the stage, most were standing. I got chatting with the venue manager after the gig - he reckons on 300ish at full capacity, but I don't think there were quite that many tonight. Can't say enough about the place, it was truly unique - he's put his heart and soul into it. Posters everywhere, drum kits made into furniture, beer barrels as urinals. Pennies set into resin in the ladies' floor (I'm told). Artwork, motorbikes on the ceiling, the whole shebang.
Justin seemed to like the venue - the crowd were cheering him to come back and play with the full band. ("That would be a possibility - but it's not in the diary"). At one point he asked for the lights to be brought up a bit. ("You think you've come out to see me, but actually I'm here to see you lot!").
Stand-out song for me was "Bad Old World" - bit of audience participation and it has personal significance - but honestly they were all great.
I liked the guitar pedal which created a strings effect behind the chords. That was a new one.
Said a quick "hello" as we were both leaving. Mentioned the Phono club from the early 90s which is where it all began for me - cloggs and everything. Justin wasn't surprised
Just a great night. Doing it all again in Bury soon.
THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing all of that, fiddlesticks!

Very insightful, detailed... I LOVE it!! Helps to ease the great sadness of not being able to be there myself. Completely thrilled you'll be catching another date on this leg of JS' solo tour! I beg / pray you'll do the very same for the Bury gig.
To every single wonderful soul that frequents these here pages; that does their very small, yet most integral part to keep this --- OFFICIAL, NMA OWNED --- space alive and thriving; who chooses to sign-up, sign-in and post on these here sacred boards...
A sincere, genuine,
heartfelt thank you. Especially,
especially, for remembering those of us who predominantly only dwell here (that are not on facebook or twitter). Your time, effort, generosity and tremendous acts of kindness have been
immensely cherished, appreciated... more than you'd ever truly believe or even understand. These seemingly tiny (yet in truth, very grand) virtual gestures / acts of kindness really do matter, really do make a world of difference! They have done so, to me, in my life. So thank you. ALL of you.
I live for the little things. They're quite often the very best and most meaningful.
Have a great sleep and sweetest of dreams to every one of you...
wherever you find yourselves, in this world, tonight.
