Im not an anarchist but i really think Orwell was right in many ways.
An equivalent to V for Vendetta band is needed right now plus great melodies.
I dont care how old you are or coming from the other side of the globe.
Personally i dont give a damn if you arent Brit or you are 20 or 60 male/female/whatever/ To hell with the narrowminders.
Remember the MC5 and IGGY's early days with the Stooges? Sonic Youth?
Musically, how about:
Girls vs boys? Roxy Music? Hole? Walkabouts? Christian Death? New York Dolls? early Placebo? Lush? Dresden Dolls? Turbonegro? Blue Oyster Cult? Wipers? or even Elastica for gods sake! (that i dont believe in anyway...)

Hmmmmmmm the stuff you describe was done in large part by the MANICS, and don't let that stop you tho'....... Cross dressing is fine fer some, but my build and demeanour don't carry that loom too well personally...... The androgony of Marilyn or even Shirley Manson don't do it fer me either......... but as long as YOU enkoy what yer doin' musically yoy are the winner!
