Eccentric(?) NMA Compilation
« on: January 18, 2013, 03:21:15 AM »
I'm sure you all have you fave compile of NMA songs but maybe this is a slightly different way of looking at the lad's music from 1985 thru 2009, and it does run mostly chronological.  You can make a full CD of this if you follow the exact formula, otherwise, it might run a bit long.... (LP mix unless otherwise noted)

Master Race
Lovesongs
Vagabonds
Green & Grey
Purity
Vanity
Far Better Thing
Lurstaap
Living the Rose (CD Single Edit)
White Light
Bad Old World
No Pain
Ghost of Your Father
Wonderful Way to Go (4:37 min CD Single Edit)
Queen of My Heart
Sky In Your Eyes
Rivers
Ocean Rising*

*I prefer the Navigating by the Stars version but it is too long to fit on the CD.

Cheers!

Nice collection but I don't every single NMA fan would ever pick the same songs to fill a CD somehow, there's just too many to choose from and such subtle choices to make!
Clever monkeys with technology, barely outta the caves and trees, it's all vanity - and ch@os rules it all!

Actually, I compiled this for novice potential NMA fans, including my new wife....
Guess I should have added:  Please feel free to list your own CD-R compilation.

A personal favourite, to be savoured live on the rare occasions the band take it out of the archives for a run out!
