yeah, i can see how that happens


so a copper uses excessive violence to deal with students having a sit in. maybe they use pepper spray or the like. and other coppers see it happen. then should they arrest the copper?


i guess where i am getting to relates to is a coppers knowledge of another breaking the law or using their discretion in an unjust way

in that case, is the copper that turns a blind eye just as bad as the one who used discretionary powers to aid someone avoid prosecution?
