Well, at a same time I found the NMA in start of 90's, I was also totally nuts about death metal and grindcore at the same time... Recently I've been actually listening to Vampire, a new Swedish death thrash band who's album I bought from Stockholm one year ago. Good stuff. Getting nostalgic. But they're not just a reminder about the old days, but really making an effort to bring something new there too. Great.
The Vampire also got me to replay some of older Morbid Angel albums. Mostly when I'm driving. Then I caught in my mind an old thread here at the forum about the albums you never shouldn't sell... That's because when I played the "Formulas Fatal to The Flesh" album and thought: half of the cd is really well done but CRAP at the same time, so why wouldn't I sell it? No. Never do that again. It's enough to me to like some album even if there are couple of songs I like. I know the situations when I'm into it.
