Guess I gave the Spanish too much credit after the Netherlands game...................bye 

The Dutch seem to be getting a bit of stick for not being as blinding as in the Spain match but I think that's unfair on Australia who played really well and as for the Cahill goal - awesome, far and away the best of the tournament so far and wouldn't surprise me if it still was once the Cup is over.

Chile were really good and could go a long way, Belgium clawed their way back after a wobbly start and I still think they could be there or thereabouts at the end - after all a country that can brew beer like they can must have something a bit special in the genes!

So in an hour and a half it's England - v - Uruguay and it's a close call, I'm not familiar with many of their team but Suarez can't be fully fit surely, but Forlan probably still has a point to make to the UK. Their defence undoubtedly did look a bit iffy against Costa Rica so if we can frustrate their attack, put pressure on the defence and play like we did at times against Italy we could be ok, who knows? As long as we keep on the way we started it'll be a good game - note to self: go get some beer!!!!!!!
