OK, this is a funny one... flicking through the TV channels this afternoon I came across 'Cocoon', remember that one?  The 80's film about the elderly gentlemen who found a swimming pool that was the fountain of youth thanks to some aliens... not seen it in years.  Good movie!

As I am wont to do, I subsequently looked the movie up on IMDb because, after watching a good film, I like to check out some interesting facts about same movie and here's one... Wilfred Brimley, one of the lead actors, was 50 when he appeared in this film.

Yup... I am now as old as one of the old farts in f**king 'Cocoon'...  :-[

Well I'm still young, just 35... But, lately I've started to worry because I'm getting older but I don't seem to grow up  ;D Maybe it's because I was peaceful teenager - I didn't rebel and make trouble then so I think it's back-firing now  :o

Realising that there's only one man still left alive from the lineup of Motorhead I saw live (1990, Leeds Uni - Lemmy, Phil Taylor, Wurzel, and Phil Campbell at that time).
"We are lost, we are freaks, we are crippled, we are weak
We are the heirs, we are the true heirs, to all the world"
