Wow, that was fast!  I'm hoping mine gets here by Friday, but we've been getting so much snow here lately, that it'll probably arrive sometime late next week.  Intend on watching the DVD and listening to the CDs as soon as I get my paws on them!  Have no idea what to expect, but it's NMA... so I'll still love it, I'm sure.  Seen clips on youtube, but I'm not going to go by those, but it'll be interesting to see/hear any/all of the differences between what's been officially released and what fans have recorded/uploaded.  The book will be something special too.  Can hardly wait!   

In the meantime... enjoy yours witch!

I know I've said this before but this is a wonderful album. Probably my favourite NMA live album.

It's a bit uneven (in terms of the audience vs. JS singing) but I actually really like that. It's such a raw, emotional sound.  I also love the way it sounds so different at different volumes. When it's cranked right up, I really get the feeling that I am actually there (sorry neighbours!). These Words is the song I keep going back to the most (just amazing). But they're all great, really. I also love the DVD and the extra tracks.

I so hope that I will get the chance to experience this some time, some place. Then again, I also find that there is something nice about actually feeling disappointed about having missed out (in a world where more and more things are made to seem obtainable, preferably instantly).

I'd love to hear other's thoughts on the album.

It is a frigid -21C right now (but feels like -30C when you factor in the wind chill), and after a crapload of snow this past Monday!  lol, but  I can't complain, Ottawa and parts out west, starting from Manitoba, and out East, are getting it much, much worse.  Even Chicago, USA is having it pretty rough this year!  Burrrr, you just wouldn't dare want to be here, right now... lol.  How folks survived here 100+ years ago is a complete mystery to me.  But I thank heaven they did, otherwise, none of us here today, would've ever known of a certain, very beautiful and special someone.   xOx       oOo

Oooo, YEA-ahh!!!    Received my NOATV related material(s) order.  The photo book is really beautiful.  The lyric book was larger than I imagined it to be, which I am thrilled about. Going to listen to the CDs and download just before bed... it's a new material listening ritual that just seems to work really well for me.  Going to save the DVD for last, though.  SO looking forward to exploring all of it!
