I want an extended version with one more blue ray "added lost things/lost years"

as i wrote somewhere else I would like to order it but what does this mean?
the film is a region 2 Blue Ray (Sorry! This is beyond our control):
or
the film is a region 2 DVD
I have to admit that I rely on my NMA cds and vynils I have but I do not even know what a blue ray is
and the region issue what is that?

code 0 - worldwide, code 2 europe - but you can change it, if you now a bit about players or comptuters ...
you can play each dvd on blue ray devices, but a simple dvd decice can`t play a blue ray ...
and a blue ray can is good for some hours of video in the quality of a dvd
( http://www.bluray-disc.de/faq/was-ist-der-unterschied-zwischen-blu-ray-und-der-dvd) .....
But NMA has only the right to sell this documentary and no influence of the things on a this dvd/blue ray

As lotus says you should be able to over-ride the region code on your dvd player, best bet google your make and model number plus override region code, normally just a few button presses via the remote

I'm looking at my steelbox DVD cover and it definitely says 'Region 0', which means it should be playable on any DVD player anywhere in the world...
