Feed your Brain and then your Body

I wanted to share this vids i found and i thought about a headline for a while to promote it. And the problem i stumbled upon was, that i don't want to bore you with another advice about foods and diets and i don't want to share something that i think most people already have an opinion about and know the stuff and feel lectured.

But today i watched both vids and i think that this guy is great and his presentation is really well done and structured and it gave me another motivation-blast to think more about the things i eat and to really try (again) to have more power about my bad habits.

I think he provides some very good information about the connections and coherences about the substantial ingredients and chemical effects of the food and the body without being too instructive and having this know-it-all attitude.

So, i hope that if you choose to watch these, you also get some insights and some inspiration and knowledge about one of the most important things in life: food.
