Berlin - Great Expectations

Hi,
just wondering about your thoughts what to expect from the Berlin gigs! For the orchestra gig it´s quite obvious, but I´m very unsure about the SO36 gigs. They call it "the stripped down punk rock show". What does it mean? Is it just stripped down in comparison to the many instruments the day before? Or does it really mean punk in remembrance to the older days? For me it sounds very promising for getting much old stuff (though I also like the new songs very much). But as Justin never tires of saying New Model Army never looks back and no time for nostalgia and so on it´s very unlikely to expect to much. So, do we get just a normal gig or anything special? What do you think?

What ever we get - I´m really looking forward!

I think the Tempodrom set will have some good surprises.  JS's Berlin gig in that church a while back is probably a good indication of some of the arrangements.

As for the SO36 concerts, I'm expecting a straight forward NMA gig - but who knows. Either way, it will be great!

Fingers crossed that my flights won't get cancelled!

Will anybody be wearing a suit to celebrate the occasion and the special setup with the philharmonic orchestra?  ;D

Probably not, although this morning I was briefly thinking about it, just with my NMA T-Shirt instead of a regular shirt. Wouldn't it be a sight to behold?  :o

I live in Berlin and I missed this and the SO36 gigs as I was working abroad. really sucks
