Darmstadt 18.11.22

Great gig yesterday in the well known Centralstation. Setlist comparable to the shows starting with Bittersweet and World as last encore. Good sound and light show. That was my 30 + NMA gig, but the first one for my 13 year old son. My NMA pal couldn’t attend, that was his chance to catch his ticket. There were even some smaller children in the audience, great to see. After the show one of the crew guys gave one of Michaels drum stick to one small girl. The amazed look on her face made my day the second time. Wonderful action! Coming back home from shopping this morning I heard (with a big grin on my face) loud Army tunes from my sons room. Looks like the fan base is rising. See you in Cologne next month! Straight on for the days ahead.

That's fantastic! :D  Thanks for sharing your wonderful experience and brightening up this space, this place.  May the Darmstadt gig be the first of many, many memorable, exhilarating and rewarding NMA live experiences together, for both you and your son, André. :)  Really great to hear that there were other young kids in attendance as well.  I'd love to witness that at some point over on this side of the Atlantic.  NMA don't seem to do too many, if any, all-ages gigs here in North America though.  Maybe things will change in time.  We'll just have to wait and see.

Here's the complete setlist, for those interested...

 1.  Bittersweet
 2.  Lust for Power
 3.  Never Arriving
 4.  Here Comes the War
 5.  Believe It
 6.  1984
 7.  The Charge
 8.  Devil's Bargain
 9.  Maps
10. Where I Am
11. Angry Planet
12. Born Feral
13. Before I Get Old
14. Vagabonds
15. The Hunt
16. Fate
17. Ballad of Bodmin Pill
   encore:
18. No Rest
19. Stupid Questions
20. Vengeance
21. I Love the World

To all of you going to see NMA play in Nürnberg tonight, have a blast!
