New Model Army - Sinfonia
We are happy to announce the release of 'Sinfonia' on the 15th of September 2023. Recorded with the Sinfonia Leipzig, arranged by Shir-Ran Yinon and conducted by Cornelius During, it is a visual and audible document of the Tempodrom, Berlin on a remarkable evening on July 15th 2022.

“Sinfonia” will be released as a double-CD hardcover Mediabook, triple 180g-vinyl gatefold LP and available to download. All first print CD and Vinyl LP Editions will include the full show on DVD. There is also a strictly limited edition with double-CD, DVD, Blu-ray, 80-page book and exclusive bonus CD with 8 songs from the band’s SO36 show in Berlin on July 17th 2022.

Not sure about anyone else floating here, but until this very evening --- and for deeply personal, special reasons --- I've not had a peek at nor seen the setlist for any of the three Berlin 2022 shows.  Haven't even watched any of the video clips uploaded by fans, elsewhere, either.  It goes without saying, that that took all of my being to do, to resist the urge.  But I'm so happy I did hold back, didn't cave-in, because learning that *these* two sacred songs in particular, were actually played --- by NMA + Sinfonia Leipzig at Tempodrom on the night of July 15th, 2022, --- has brought a intense wave of utter warmth, comfort, joy, elation and even a stream of sweet tears, too.  Good tears though... the only kind worth shedding / crying.

So if you too were wondering, as was I, the songs that made that very special night's performance, inserted below, is the setlist.  And, it's an astoundingly beautiful, profoundly affective and emotive one, too!  Wish I had been there.  On that night, especially.  Of all of the NMA gigs I've had to miss over the course of these past 13 years, this is the one that hurt the most.
