Here's the official description:
"So, we booked the following two evenings at Berlin’s legendary Punk Rock sweatbox, the SO36 in Kreuzberg, and returned to being the simplest, stripped-down version of New Model Army we could be - without orchestra, keyboards or extra drums. With the Sinfonia project, in all its glory, released last year - now, at last, comes the sweaty, full-on rock and roll."
I would never expect NMA to overdub a live recording, it wouldn't be in character IMO. Remixing and mastering is something else. This recording would be as 'Audio Verite' as possible.
I imagine something more similar to '**** Texas...' , or even a step back from that - and that would be just fine. Remember, the band were without Marshall then so there'll be some space in the music.
