Right now, I've got the new Skunk Anansie album, BLACK TRAFFIC, playing almost exclusively.  One of my favourite bands from the 90's... plenty of those bands are returning nowadays to usually poor results but I swear, this is just as good, if not even better than the stuff from back then.  Their last album from a couple of years ago, WONDERLUSTRE, was pretty damn good but this one really cranks it up a few notches.  If you're short on time, check out I WILL BREAK YOU, SAD SAD SAD, OUR SUMMER KILLS THE SUN and DIVING DOWN... you won't regret it.

I just got hold of 'Bad karma' by Blaggers ITA, an album that I loved back in the day.  And, yes, I know that they screwed it for themselves by having the singer batter a journalist because he pointed out that he had far-right leanings in the past (and i would never condone such a thing) but its still a damn good album.

Blaggers were great live and I loved that album. I thought it was widely known before that Matty had held those views previously, and then changed after he'd been inside (or if it wasn't true, that it was a widely believed story). Curious about what the real story with the journalist was...?
