A compilation of early Depeche Mode, not heard many of these tunes in a good long while... funny how they only were regarded as 'going dark' with the Black Celebration album, but some of these early and rather poppy songs still had a rather gloomy undercurrent...

People Are People is still shit, though.

Resisting any mode puns. Watched a thing about the 80s recently and they the mode on a Saturday morning kids tv show doing master and servant. It also showed Steve strange on crackerjack, different times I guess when even certain northern rockers appeared on Timmy mallet.

Listening to Carnival and Fireworks Night. What a nice feeling.

Should do a lot of woodworking today. Apart from that I'm gonna drive today to Turku and invest in heaps of flours, beans and other veggie ingredients at a wholesale market.

At evening my wife will be in a certain party that their firm organise. I'll be driving at night and bring her home. I'm a good husband, am I? ;)
