And me, I`ve got a black place in my heart
Still got this hole in me
Perhaps - I am the master of nothing?

Manowar - one of my nieces asked me (her partner is a huge fan - how can we do it to be there), so I try my very best ...

Their bassist, Joey DeMayo is a real kick ass player. Songs like Guyana the Cult of the Damned,  and Mountains are really worth to listen. As well as several of his bass solo songs.

Back home from my first live gig (with three real fans) heavy, loudest band ever, perfect and great live show, worth  more than 80 € for a ticket!
Perhaps I`m too old and have seen too much live gigs - the venue was perfect (sound, light, video show), heavy music, not that loud, but the feeling being part of a live gig of a band? Nothing ...
If there weren`t two big monitors showing the members (not the drummer) playing or singing for a while, it could have been a full play back show with some unknown actors :-)
Three man standing on the stage and tried their best not to move too muchand to show some emotions, three or for times for some seconds the came together for a posing (two guitars and a singer for a perfect photoshot)
1:30 (some video without the band included, a kind of a preach (5 minutes about Wagner and germany and "my **** is made of steal ppp), no encore - the "real" fans seem not to expect more - so it`s my fault - I don`t need that kind of "live gig" without emotions of the band on stage any more
Can`t wait for the next NMA live with power and passion of the band and us :-)
And me, I`ve got a black place in my heart
Still got this hole in me
Perhaps - I am the master of nothing?

A song that got overtaken by the wonderful Johnny Cash version. But this version is from the man himself - i'm afraid I'm a bit of a sucker for some plaintive piano.
