Totally too far away, but I vote for Sheffield for the warm up - we have to be there on Friday for D's sister's wedding so BDays weekend is going to be reduced to an expensive 2 days for us this year. Can't miss it though - NMA playing on our wedding anniversary is just too tempting.

Oh yeah, have a photo of aforementioned baby. Gonna try and make time to edit the pics from our German adventure this weekend. Got some good ones ... Especially of the sausage eating episode.

I saw on the TV today about how stressed teachers are and that they have to work during school holidays....... 10 days in Germany!?  Nice work if you can get it    lol  x

If you envy teachers you could always do a PGCE (I have no idea if you are a graduate but if not there's the small matter of your honours degree first) and join us.  I spent the first 20 years of my teaching career working evenings, weekends and holidays. I now have a much healthier work life balance but many of my colleagues have not heard the wise man sing "Whatever they want from you, you don't have to give".

But - hey , don't be bitter that somebody is enjoying their holidays!
