« on: July 25, 2012, 01:57:52 PM »
Hi,

Don't know if any of you saw this today on The Quietus? Cathi Unsworth's (brilliant) selection of the 13 records which most influenced her & her new novel: http://bit.ly/LNI4Pm ...including Joolz & New Model Army... not far off my own 80's top 10 :)

Interesting insight and some of my favourite albums of the 80s.  A definite read coming up.

Got this yesterday, straight to the top of my " to read " pile. Hope it lives up to expectations.

Hi All,

I can't figure out how to insert images but thought you might like to see Cathi Unsworth's one & a bit page description of Vengeance :)

"A man began to sing, simmering rage compressed into each syllable. His voice bounced along the surface of the song, like a pebble skimmed across the sea."
