A wonderful night. I was gutted I couldn't afford a BD ticket before it sold out. This more than made up for it. I particularly loved Ocean Rising. Justin always plays it when doing the solo shows with Dean but it rarely gets aired with the full band (I think the last time was for the 30th shows?). A song of such divine power and beauty. I still can't understand why people moaned about its inclusion on the last album. The full band version just makes my face melt...

I think it got an outing in Loreley three weeks ago, if memory serves. Oh, and thanks for the mid-inferno face wipe with that cold lager can, it was blissful! I shall look stupid if it wasn't you...(I'm sure it was).

If I recall correctly, BDs was the same but minus Frightened/Mambo Queen and also without Rivers/The Hunt.

I think there was Rivers quite early in the BDays-set, but not sure about that. I didn't record them this time... Both gigs were extremely powerful, fast, not much talking. Smashing. Great! Thanks a lot.
