« on: September 01, 2012, 02:44:17 PM »
Hi All! I was wondering who all was going to the Cult/Mission show in Newcastle? And if anybody knew who was gonna be the other band on the bill after Killing Joke pulled out! I'll be travelling over from Ireland to visit my son whose at uni there, we'll both be going to the show and up to meeting for drinks before, during and after! We'll be easy to spot, 2 big Irish guys in New Model Army Tshirts!

As Stoney said, we (Des & Gayle) will also be there. Will be going home fairly sharpish afterwards, though as its a school night. I'll be the one smiling cos I never was very good at the whole miserable goth thing!  ;D

Pit behaviour, building anything other than rising iritation levels............. There were a few utter buffoons bouncing into folks with people stood on their shoulders etc with no regard at all for owt....... Looked like it was on purpose to me aswell a few times at least....... Clowns.......

Are there any eskimos anymore? on the last tour I saw a few at Leeds but not that many elsewhere. Saying that the current crop of mission followers are eskimos is like saying the armys followers are  the militia, surely?

Not seen them on this tour but I'm off to Nottingham tonight for a gander

...and don't call me shirley

never liked both bands. ever. i like the album children of The Mission probably just because I have this tape since I was much younger and I listen to it many times.
