Gig Cartel

I was just looking at tickets for Manchester. Why does it say that you can have standard delivery for your tickets but then not give you the option on the page, with all due respect we plan to go to four of the Autumn concerts but I refuse to pay a total of an extra £30 to have my tickets sent by registered mail. Do they offer the standard option after you have put your card details in? Or am I being an eejit and missing something obvious?

I've not checked out Gig Cartel, but £30?  That's bloody outrageous!

OK, I'm probably stating the obvious, but can't you get a printout and take it along to the venue?  I've used this method with several ticket agencies and have never had a problem.

Probably see you in Manchester!

Asked the question about this and it is being looked into - it's possible it's a glitch in the page. Hopefully we'll have an answer in the very near future.

This was the issue, there was no print out at home option it seemed that £7.50 was the cheapest way of getting them, would almost rather go to Manc to pick them up than pay them that:-)

rip off ticket companies again, money for doing absolutely nothing and certainly not for offering a good or VFM service, nice work if you can get it, have ordered my Falmouth and Frome tickets direct from the venue, and likewise with Brighton via the Concorde 2's online payment page. It's nearly always cheaper to go direct through the venue, did the same with the Plug in Sheffield (wotta lovely venue and great people btw).
I'm crying out to the gods who couldn't care less - come and get me if ya can!
