@ Ray & Heno - love to ya' both on those posts. Difficult not to come out with something trite but I guess that just seeing these things and acknowledging them is more than many people manage to do. For my part I'm closer to my Dad now than I had been since teenage years and sometimes perhaps it takes a bit of a system shock to get there? I dunno' but whatever hope it all works out.

Once when the dentists made a surgery operation to remove my wisdom teeth, my friend asked me to go to a gig the same evening. My jaws were so damn swollen my head looked like huge pear. :) So I declined.

packed coffee in a while ago. my hyperactive childbrain doesn't go well with caffeine or any other energy drink. sets me mad and anxious.

i can't have too many days where i realise the priorities in life and step back, think things through, and focus on what is important and relegate the rubbish to its rightful place
