Two excellent sets, in spite of the eyebrow carnage! Can't wait for the next ones :)

Two cracking sets.

The 'acoustic' set was powerful and moving, and not all that acoustic most of the time! Too many good songs to pick out highlights but Lights go Out was exceptional and Ocean rising of course - great atmosphere for it in the bar, fortunately unaffected by speaker problems on our side of the room.

Felt like an 'event' - but then, most of them do! ..... bring on the tour  :)

I was right near the front for both the NMA set and the JS&DW, and they both blew me away. First time I'd seen NMA play with Ceri Monger and I thought he was superb - a fantastic player and really seemed to fit in so well. There was a different kind of energy onstage, and it was brilliant.

I don't know that I've heard that live at all, before, and have always liked the song but that live performance made so much more sense of it. Thought Red Earth was utterly brilliant, too.

As for the "acoustic" show, agree that Ocean Rising and Lights go out were massive highlights - was so glad those speakers held up their end of the bargain!
