I guess I'm showing my age with this:

Script of the bridge - The Chameleons

First and Last and Always - The Sisters of Mercy

This is the sea - The Waterboys

Pornography - The Cure

Wish you where here - Pink Floyd

And lots more but these are albums that I love from the first to the last note. Many of these I haven't played to in ages but I've listened to them so many times that I kinda got them internalized.

Love Angel Dust, such an insane, beautiful album, but I have to say I've got a lot of love for King For A Day, Fool For A Lifetime as well... it exists in the shadow of its magnificent predessesor, but there are some fantastic songs here... Album Of The Year was a bit of a disappointment, though...
Angel Dust is a good record, but I really love the Introduce Yourself lp way more....... The real Thing is a close second, but I just prefer the raw, angrier edge to the first Slash release. We Care Alot loses out coz the production lets it down sadly......

"Just a man" on "King for a day..." is a so incredible song, beautiful!
Mike Patton has an incredible voice!
I agree that "Angel dust" is awesome, it was one of my fav albums when i was in high school...so various and quite unique album, so many moods!

Asides them there are plenty of... Coroner, WatchTower, Doom, ENT, Misery, Bill Laswell (at times beats all the others) Jah Wobble, John Zorn, Kimmo Pohjonen, Bauhaus, Fields of Nephilim etc etc.
