Anybody braving Falmouth?
« on: November 19, 2013, 10:58:46 PM »
Just wondered if any folk braving the wild west on thursday fancied a pre gig drink based meet up? Falmouth is awash with great real ale and cider so it would be a shame to waste such a splendid opportunity.

The Magic Bus will be in Falmouth, any pub suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Beerwolf books. Bookshop and beershop in one. Free wifi, great craft beers and excellent coffee too. The Front is a great beer pub. Underneath Harbour lights Chippy and you can take your own food in. Also The Hand beer bar. The owner used to work at North Bar in Leeds so you get the idea. Happy travelling and let me know when you'll be in town. Would be splendid to meet up. I'll be arriving by boat which is a first for me at an NMA gig!

Travelling by plane , train and taxi from Jersey tomorrow. Had no idea Falmouth was so far west when I booked the flight to Exeter. Not been to Cornwall before so looking forward to it.

Will be there but probably not in time for pre gig beers. Hopefully manage a Tribute at the venue!
