Between Dog and Wolf Bookbound CD

Hi,

I am looking for a copy of the bookbound CD and it is nearly impossible to find in the states. Does anyone have an extra new or EX copy that they would be willing to sell? Please let me know. Hi - I'm in Nashville, and getting the booklet version couldn't have been easier, as I ordered from the shop.  In fact, got the vinyl there too.  Seems it's sold out at the moment, but they are working on replacements now.  From the main page:

While the 'Between Dog And Wolf' album has sparked a lot of discussion about the band's music, both among fans and the media (as we fully expected), one thing has been universally agreed; that the artwork, design and booklet packaging is a thing of great beauty (thanks again to Joolz, Brain Munson and all the team at Modo for this).

The demand for this 'deluxe hardback' version exceeded all expectation across UK and Germany, giving the band their highest album chart position since 1993 and as a result the initial manufacturing run has now sold out. We are getting more made as fast as we can but the complicated nature of the packaging, combined with this being the busiest time of year for the industry, means that there may be a short delay in receiving these. In which case we have now made a simpler softback version of the album (which will sell therefore for a little less) so there will be 2 CD versions of the album available to buy. Thanks. I read about the repressing as well, but there has not been an update on the website yet saying that it is back in stock, which is why I am wondering if anyone else out there has an extra for sale.

Ha. That is the ****** who sold me the digipak that is listed as the bookbound version. If you look closely, the same person in Irvine, CA has multiple profiles under different names claiming to sell the bookbound version.

Does HMV offer online ordering?  I know the HMV in Glasgow had a number of the hardbound versions on their shelves a week ago.
