Just binge-watched the second series of HAPPY VALLEY.  Superb.

And a new series of LINE OF DUTY is also showing? Not watching it yet, awaiting another binge-watch when I have the whole series lined up...

A rather odd but enjoyable documentary on Netflix called 'Atari - Game Over'.... basically, it's about the rise and fall of Atari (who were pretty much Xbox and Playstation combined in the 80's...) combined with a story about how a bunch of people tracked down an enormous landfill site that held 4 million cartridges of the game that sank the company... for some reason... 

Sounds odd, I know, but I hugely enjoyed it.  Trailer here...

I watched Deadpool earlier. A bit of a meh film. Enjoyed it, in a poor relation to Kick Ass/Watchmen bastard hybrid kind of way but thought the ooh he said a naughty word moments kinda spoiled it. It could have been a great Marcel film cos there were some interesting ideas but just isnt one Ill fight to watch again.

I watched the Walking Dead for the first season, but it was like True Blood or Boardwalk Empire, quite enjoyed it but never felt the urge to follow it into a second season...

You tried BANSHEE yet?  I can wholeheartedly recommend this one and Anna will back me up.  It's bloody awesome and only ten episodes a season.  The fourth and final season has just started... but here's the trailer for the first season...

Be warned, the sex and violence content goes through the roof (it makes Game Of Thrones look like Doctor Who!)  but... oh, what am I saying, I don't need to warn a gentleman of discerning tastes like you about stuff like that!
