I think you have missed my point, the things you point out are horrific i could not agree more. What i wanted to know was had you actually met or engaged with Angels to make you say the things you said.........NOT too difficult a question i would have thought ?.........
I pointed out that the Hells Angels are not a big presence on the East Coast. Here it is Pagan territory and with them I have "met and engaged." Many, many times. Just low lifes. And that's being polite.

Avengers: Infinity War. Enjoyed it. Good crossover between movies.

Yeah, watched it at the cinema and just watched it again at home.  It managed to entwine about 30 characters from nearly 20 movies in a story that spanned universes and still managed to be somewhat coherent.  Also, it was both very funny (Thor and the Guardians Of The Galaxy?   ;D ) and a bit moving in places.

The ending... and no spoilers here...  when I saw it at the cinema I don't think that some people were aware that is was just part one of a two-part story... there were some really upset kiddies as everyone walked out of the screening!

Ah, I don't care if anyone calls me 'brainless'  ::) for liking stuff like this, it was a great fun watch.  Gonna try and see the new 'Mission Impossible' flick this weekend...

I agree mate. I didnt know it was two part but worked it out at the end. Its kind of a tale of hope and human beligerence in the face of unsurmountable odds at the beginning, which

Spoiler...

Yes.  Most of the characters who turned to dust at the end are already confirmed to be in various sequels.  I'd say that Loki and whatever Idris Elba's character was called are properly dead (because the actors are now a bit too expensive to bring back!) and Gamora is a bit iffy.

It seems that Robert Downey Jr, Chris Evans and Mark Ruffalo have indicated that they're done with this series of films and will be leaving after 'Infinity War Part 2' happens...   ???

Or possibly not.  Let's see what happens next year.

With the various streaming services offering more stuff to watch than humanly possible, we have been going to the cinema less and less. However I try to watch all Marvel movies on the big screen. It's just perfect entertainment almost never a disappointment.

We just went into Ant Man and the Wasp this weekend and it was great fun again. Not as epic in scope as the Avengers movies, but very funny and great action scenes. Also an impressive range of actors, Lawrence Fishburn, Paul Rudd, Michael Pena, Michael Douglas and Michelle Pfeiffer. Also, ever since "Lost", I am a big fan of Evangeline Lilly too.  :)

mild Spoiler...

The mandatory post-credit-scene is bridging the gap to Infinity War, so it will be very interesting to see, how everything will turn out. As MR mentioned, some people are bound to return, so while I too was a bit shocked at the end of Avengers, I hope they have a satisfying solution for the next part.

Hi Orlando!  The Original 'Ant Man' is actually one of my favourite Marvel pictures, I liked the way is was a bit more low-key than other installments, more of a fun caper than 'the world is ending yet again...' usual things...  Paul Rudd is a good light-hearted actor, it's always nice to see Michael Douglas in a film and as for Ms Lilly, I couldn't agree more...  ;)

Just watched 'Journeyman', which I really enjoyed, UK movie about a boxer recovering from brain injuries, starring the awesome Paddy Considine (one of my favourite actors) and Jodie Whittaker, who is apparently the new Doctor Who, can't believe nobody has mentioned that on the Internet...  ;D  Well worth a look if it sounds like your cup of tea. trailer here...

Preacher is one of those shows that I watched the first series, quite liked it but somehow never got around to watching subsequent series.  See also True Blood, The Walking Dead, Broadwalk Empire... I'll add it to my list.   ;)

Calvary- An incredibly powerful film. Its described as a black comedy. I think that does it a huge dis-service. Right up there on my favourite films.

Deadpool 2.  Hmm. A classic example of a sequel (to a film you really, really liked) when you get half an hour in and say to yourself 'they're just doing the same thing over again, the same jokes and everything, and it really isn't as good the second time around...'

And, yes, you could accuse any of the Marvel films of that same thing, but Deadpool was different with the adult content as opposed to the kiddie friendly stuff of the other films.  This time around... nah, it didn't work second time around.

The best bit, by far, was one of the post credit sequences...   ;)
