ODI World Cup Cricket Final, what a game ,you could'nt have made it up...respect to both sides for making it such an excellent final.............well done England, bad luck New Zealand........two evenly matched teams...neither side deserved to lose.

I can watch cricket occasionally, but not a huge fan of test matches. One day matches are more my thing. But yeah, absolutely fantastic game. You couldnt write the script for it. The 6 from a dive to be in was so so lucky but by god it was a game of ups and downs. And England won something for a change!!!

2001 maniacs with Robert englund.  With a heavy nod towards deliverance, a crazy film but certainly entertaining with plenty of eye candy .

Back onto The Thick Of It, one of the funniest shows ever.

Here's nearly three minutes of Malcolm Tuckers best insults, might be a bit sweary.  I would imagine that this is Pol on a bad day...   ;)

Just watched Louis Theroux's third BBC documentary about The Westboro Baptist Church, 'Surviving Americas Most Hated Family'... for those of you who aren't familiar, these are the guys who picketed the funerals of those killed in war, homosexuals, school shootings etc... utterly vile c-words preaching their crazy religious bollocks to get maximum upset for publicity purposes.  If you have seen the other documentaries, you'll know what I mean, if you haven't then they're well worth checking out, just for jaw-dropping shock value about how horrifically nasty human beings can possibly be...

The third one covers about how after the death of their f-ing evil founder Fred Phelps, the whole 'church' seems to be falling apart, bit by bit... nice to see how a couple of the younger members have turned again that vile shit.

.
I will give that a watch.

An incredibly fascinating family. I wonder if the doc you watched shows the family's numerous appearances on "The Howard Stern Show"? You won't believe this, but those appearances actually humanized those creeps - showed them laughing and playing silly games and just having a good time. Those appearances also revealed that they weren't some stupid, ignorant rednecks. They were well versed in the law and one's civil rights.

Brightburn....what a cracking idea for a film. Anti-hero/horror film. Well worth a watch.

Yeah, it was a good watch... and I have to say that, as a hardcore horror fan, it takes something rather nasty to make me genuinely want to turn my eyes away from the screen (you know the bit I mean...)   :o

Seeing as I posted something about my favourite Brian De Palma film a night or two ago, Blow Out, I've been figuring out which ones I want to watch next... well, Carlito's Way will do it!
