The Queens Gambit, on Netflix, is terrific.  You might not think a show about people playing chess is not terribly interesting, but give it a go, it's worth a punt.

Enjoying Educating Greater Manchester second series, bit of a sad ending though.  Won't give anything away but from what I can gather from a bit of internet research it's a bit of a stitch-up for Mr Povey.   :(

300: Rise of an Empire. Watched it ages ago and thought it sucked, I guess in comparison to 300. However, Im quite enjoying it in its own right.

Gone Fishing with Bob Mortimer and Paul Whitehouse.... why has it taken me so long to find this show?  I mean, a couple of middle aged men, mates for decades, talking endless random stuff... I can't imagine why such a thing would strike a chord with me these days...   ;)

I mentioned Gone Fishing with Paul and Bob a the start of the year and said how good i thought it was....very touching and honest. My new guilty go to viewing pleasure is The Joy Of Painting.with Bob Ross,i just love it instant stress relief, and what a lovely gentle man he seemed his love of nature and wildlife was plain to see.
