I have to disagree with that first line. atheism is "without". it is without the concept of god. not without god. so no faith involved.

Think I agree with you there Heno. Atheism does not take faith in a belief, it takes conviction in the face of general belief  ???

Maybe not but I could not be an atheist and neither could many people. Maybe "faith" was the wrong word.  Maybe i am getting spirituality mixed up with religion.
