To do a quote you can click the "Quote" box on the top right side of the post you want to quote.
You can quote the whole thing or just select the bit you want. I tend to quote the whole thing but highlight in bold the bit that I'm refering to.

Brave New World better than nineteeneightyfour then ?  ;)

I'm reading  Wild Thing By Joolz now.

Have just finished ''The Catcher In The Rye''...what a book,my son has been on at me for years to read it ( it is his favourite book of all time)....can't believe i have never read it before,i know the term ''Classic'' is used all the time for things,but in this case it is a Classic (imho)....brilliant.

I've still got my school copy. Dread to think how much I owe in "return late"  fines on it (and others).

Finishing up The Rig by Roger Levy and about to re-read the amazing An Evil Cradling by Brian Keenan which was recommended to me years ago by Joolz.... (My toilet book..sorry, awful habit..is currently The Queen of Swords. One of the Corum books by M. Moorcock).

'1971 - Never A Dull Moment' by the excellent music journalist David Hepworth.  A summary of everything that happened in the world of music during that year and he makes a case for it being the greatest year in music EVER.  And he makes it well, I'm convinced!   ;)  Well worth a read.

I just started a biography of Dudley Moore and Peter Cooke.

I'm slightly worried that there might be some offensive language in it.
