Yes... "Starve Acre" was...disturbing. Got some nasty shivers from the last page. Worth the read. Will check the other books at some point..."Enjoy" might not be the right word but hey, there's some kind of wicked pleasure in horror :)

Just finished reading "Anansi Boys" by Neil Gaiman... Left me wondering why the hell I haven't read it earlier, just brilliant! :)

Re-reading Ronald Hutton's "Triumph of the Moon", a history of modern Paganism that's both academically thorough (as you'd expect from Prof. Hutton) and sympathetic even when it does demolish many of the cherished myths of modern witchcraft.

I have just finished reading PINE the debut novel by Francine Toon......what an incredible read,if you like your Gothic/Folk Horror read this....i was gripped from the first until the last page.....i hope she has more books in the pipeline..... 8)....

''Devil's Day'' by Andrew Michael Hurley......i have read all three of his books now,and this is the best (imho).though i think all his books are brilliant....
