So, new one... those Daddy Long Legs bastards... with their translucent wings and skinny annoying legs... utterly harmless despite certain urban myths... yet if you leave your window open on a warm night they will be right in there, scratching around your bedroom on any scratch-able surface making as much noise as possible, when you're trying to get to sleep, and determined to brush over your face at any opportunity... it's like they've got an agenda and are doing it on purpose! Hate them, they are well deserving of splattering with a slipper.

Yes, and that wasn't lost on me Ray.  He sucked me in with his charm offensive and then changed his mind.  Cruel.  I do not need that in my life.  Hurts like hell, though. Twatpig.

That whichever force was responsible thought it a good idea to destroy a  convoy of aid on its way to the needy for whatever motive pisses me off.

Also from the current media circus, all the attention being given to the latest celebrity divorce. None of my business, I couldn't give a Brad Pitt !!

Twatpig is a good expression.  See also 'tossmonkey' and 'arsewomble'. I find them useful in certain situations.

Yes, especially today when the pellet oven installation couldn't be finished cos a bit was missing.......... and then the electrician had fracked up his measuring which meant the water boiler didn't fit so I ended up sawing off bits of furniture to get the bugger in, still at least Keren ended up with a hot shower  :)

Irresponsible dog owners.

1. Why go to the effort of picking up your dog's shit, bagging it and then chucking the bag on the ground or worse hanging it in a tree. Can someone explain that to me? Great example yesterday, a dog was having a dump in it's garden, the owner bags it and chucks it on the pavement a bit further up from his house. What an absolute scum bag. If I'd have been sure what house he was from I'd have posted it through his door.
2. Having no control over your dog and then thinking it's funny when it jumps up, slobbers all over you, tries to bite you, growls at you for wanting to move past it etc. "he's only playing". Yeah, I'm only playing when I kick your teeth in...

I am becoming increasingly pissed off with people who are too busy looking at their phones to even know what their dog is doing let alone care or be in a position to do something about it. I love dogs - it's the owners that are the problem. In my long experience of walking and running I'd say as much as 98% of dog owners have no control over their dogs and almost as many of them don't care.  Long rant over.

Long rant over.
And I wish and I wish we could start over again Yes I wish and I wish we could win back Her love once again

Andy, we agree.  Had a big nasty barking Alsatian go for me a couple of months back... dog owners (not all, obviously) sometimes go for the 'oh, you obviously did something to annoy it', in this case the fact that I was wearing sunglasses and sweet lovely old doggie doesn't like people in sunglasses.  It was a hot bright day in f-ing August, FFS!  And, yes, they do occasionally happen in England...

Or, you could, you know, take responsibility and control your bloody animal!  What if the same thing had happened to an easily frightened young child?

If you can't control your animal, you shouldn't be allowed to have them.  End of.

As a ex German shepherd owner, I totally agree of course, sometimes though people need to realise that all big dogs aren't untrained vicious monsters. Owners need to grasp that dogs are pack animals and you need to be the main person. ( I'm avoiding words for a certain song for obvious reasons)

German Shepherds are my favourite dogs.

I used to work with a guy who had a couple of huge Rottweilers.  All muscles and teeth and they could kill you in a heartbeat... but these two dogs were the loveliest animals you could ever imagine.  Because their owner had grown up with dogs, all his life, and knew how to train them.  Not like these numpties who just want 'the hardest dog in the neighbourhood'.
