More sad than pissed off , the state of the high street, was in Glasgow today n had a look in a few shops for something for the house , ok I like something a bit different but there was more or less fck all n anything half decent was way over priced . Tez May n post election speak. Lets not have a divided country, oh wait your mob have divided us from Europe. Divided left n right, rich n poor, able bodied n disabled. Why even mention Nicola Sturgeon she isn't standing for Westminster, doesn't Wales and Northern Ireland have their own parliaments as well. Well lets hope Scotland gives a kick where it most hurts, I'm very uncertain about independence but don't fcking deny us our democratic right to vote on it . I truly feel bad that England especially has no one else to vote for. Rant over  !

OK, this is a really silly one but it does grind my gears... why is it nowadays, when you have a pub lunch and want to have a burger, it so often gets served in a brioche bun?  IE, a dry, oversweet horrible thing when all you want is BREAD (with a few sesame seeds on top if you're feeling fancy)? It's like sticking a burger in the middle of a doughnut!

I know, first world problems and that, but still...

OK, a PROPER pissed-off one... I work for my local council, working bloody hard for not great money.  The Chief Executive of the council is currently suspended and under investigation for corruption... and it's doubtlessly true, a friend higher up and 'in the know' told me about what he was up to two years ago and he only got suspended last month.  But his contract allows him to be suspended on full pay, so this prick is still making £1,058 PER DAY whilst the council are still whining on about having no money and cutbacks have to be made to both local services and the council itself (where we can't put on enough stress-related training sessions due to the number of over-worked people going off sick...)   

I know some people find the c-word offensive but I think, in this case, it applies...

Yeah, I know!  I thought it was bullshit but looked into it (public servants wages are on the public record) and, yes, it's true...

I suspect Merkel, on the EU gravy train, makes quite a bit more via one 'privilage' or another...

Problem seems to be the instable power on/power off switch, not the power adapter ..
