Try to stay strong Inga,i know it is easy to say.........my marriage ended after 23 years,never saw it coming,i felt like my life had ended,felt so low,what's the point in anything all the negatives go through your head.A friend of mine who had gone through the same thing described it like entering a dark tunnel,you can see nothing especially not any light at the end.Again thought just words,but NO he was right with the help of good friends i came through AND YOU WILL,do not cut yourself off from people it is not good. It is about selling off Social Housing/Gentrification in Britain.The lie is they are selling off/knocking down old estates to build new housing for all.........LIE.it is all being purchased by the rich and foreign investors and very few new social homes for ordinary people. I am at this moment raging,when it reveals one such property was bought by Emily Thornberry for a sum i cannot remember.and her Brother now lives there.******* Hypocrite.....P.s I am a Labour supporter.....hypocrisy rules....

Damn right.  Didn't see the programme in question, I must look it up (or perhaps not, gotta consider the blood pressure these days!) but it seems that everywhere you look, especially in big cities, there are hugely expensive tower blocks going up that will muchly remain empty whilst there's nothing available for 'the normal people'... money laundering, anyone?

OK.  Just found this out and it's PROPER fooked me off.... 

There is now a street, in my hometown, that is named after my beloved Grandad.  A new build of houses that are well into six figures.

My Grandad was a war hero, an MBE and much commemorated by the Royal British Legion for decades of service.  A man far too modest to ever say what he did in WW2, he always said he was just a clerk, but you don't get an MBE just for pushing some papers around...

So this might be a tribute?  Nope, because NOBODY in our family were consulted or were even aware of it!  I only found out tonight whilst googling my Grandads name in regards to something else... sounds like these fuckin' property developers just wanted a name to stick on their immensely expensive 4-bedroom houses and came up with him, because he was a respected figure and all.

My Grandad didn't go through the horrors of WW2 just so some cuntwomble property developers could nick his name and bestow some credibility on their shit houses!

Utterly fuckin' fuming about this and you'd better believe I'm gonna kick up a shitstorm about it...
