it happened between 1920s an 1960s at that location. some of these places were still running in the last 20 years. and theres so many of them. fairly sure everyone in Ireland was touched by these events and loads of others. its no wonder we can't lift our heads up as much as we should.
heres a little poem that a bloke I know wrote. some of you may know him
Suffer Little Children
Illegitimate Children, illegal from the start, unwanted and disposed of,
unworthy of the graveyard!
The presumption of innocence, did not apply to these,
Suffer little Children to come unto me!
The children of a sinner, who had sinned through poverty,
Had no right to human caring, or no human dignity,
They were baptised in the water, and were drowned in misery,
Suffer Little Children to come unto me.
Suffer Little Children, now you're born in slavery,
Your innocence is tainted, and your spirit it is guilty,
I sentence you to torture for all eternity,
Suffer Little Children to come unto me!
Suffer little Children to come unto me,
The last mocking words of a paedophile priest,
Or the Sisters of rape and Cruelty,
In a makeshift, unmarked cemetery!
Suffer Little Children to come unto me,
For thine is the path of misery,
Endless for eternity!
My hungry Flock must feed!
