The World Cup... is this thing still happening?  Apparently it's the final that's going on RIGHT NOW...?

I genuinely forgot that The World Cup was still occurring... I guess that's what happens when a non-football fan stops noticing the sheep-people (who only give a **** about football when it's forced on them by shit newspapers) dangling an England flag out of every window / car/ available surface...

Whatever, hope you footy fans are enjoying it... whose playing in the final?  Is it En-Ger-Land... (Master Ray runs for cover...)

That was a great final (somewhat helped by the result, I must admit). It was so close but I do think that the best team won which is nice. Well worth the 24 year wait! Roll on 2018.

Damn fine tournament overall I thought. Some excellent matches, some supposedly "good" teams" shown up and sent packing, that Germany-Brazil game and the best team won - frightening how young they are and potentially how good they can get. That's that for another 4 years then.
