Just got back home from the premier of Between Dog and Wolf

Belting film if I say so myself, well worth the 400+ mile round trip

Also made a long trip down straight after a night shift for the premiere.

Absolutely excellent, emotional at times especially at the parts about Rob.

Had a good chat with Spot afterwards.

Going to see it again I reckon.

Some reviews on line?
No words about a theatrical/dvd/blu ray release for France? :)

Dammit.  :) people out of the UK will have to wait for DVD
I would have done premiere but German tour sounded far superior.
Really glad it was well received.

Looks like I can't make any of the UK premiers for work-related reasons, so it's the DVD for me... or even better, a Blu-Ray...

Any word on a release date or what extras might be on the disc?

Really balanced review but talk about sitting on the fence in conclusion: is it for the ardent fan or not? Just make your mind up...

As for the geezer who intro'd the film last.night, all I can say is 'woo who?'!!

Those who were present will know...

Would like to hope it will be in the NMA shop for Xmas. Still plenty of time.

You lot remember that old NMA VHS that had all them 'bootlegged bootlegs' stuck on the end...

... wouldn't it be nice if we had a whole lot more of that as extras on the DVD / Blu release of the documentary...  :o

Just saying it in case any of the band happened to be reading this...

The band have nothing to do with the documentary aside from actually being in it - it was made by Matt Reid, not New Model Army: and so anything to do with DVDs, screenings etc should really be directed towards the people who own it not the band  :)
