Beverungen Setlist
« on: October 13, 2014, 07:31:45 PM »

Encores were Green and Grey, Stupid Questions and WWTG.

Last gig for me till the next German dates. The past week has been brilliant, the band are on top form, met loads of new friends and to top it off took my teenage daughter and her boyfriend to last nights gig (which was a rather strange venue with the most mellow mosh pit I have ever seen )

They got to say hello to Marshall and Ceri (Many thanks) and the daughters boyfriend got a telling off from Justin for not dancing  ;D
A brillant week, despite the lack of sleep and the big bruises, roll on Saturday.

Straight on for the days ahead.

Great to see Guessing as set starter again
Clever monkeys with technology, barely outta the caves and trees, it's all vanity - and ch@os rules it all!

Only gig of the tour for us but due to the fact that Beverungen (Beverungen! Still unbelievable :)) is only a 30 min drive from where we live we took the opportunity and brought our son Tom (7) to a NMA gig for the first time ever. He convincingly assured that he enjoyed every minute (which I believe ;)), although he got a bit tired towards the end (thank god there are still school holidays where we live so getting enough sleep was not a problem).

Anyway, it was great to see the band in top form and the setlist, too, was great. Does anyone agree that Devils Bargain is one hell of a song especially performed live? I love it.

Crowd was really good - keeping in mind that Beverungen literally is located in the middle of nowhere ;) the pit was rather mellow as told before but nonetheless spectacular for our son - he couldn't take his eyes from what was happening there :o

Roll on Cologne :)

The only gig of the tour that i missed. It's just too remote and expensive to get to by train or bus.

I agree on you with devil's bargain. Also good to see Guessing open instead of Horsemen.
I usually like the gigs without a gig wishlist better. That means the front barrier is free from being beaten in the back or head by the front of the pit. Jena just seemed violent. I was bit in the head twice, knocked to ground and stepped on. It was by one person though, the rest were respectful.
Where I'm from is not my home, and neither's where i'm bound.
