Nick Drake

Does anyone else like Nick Drake?
Personally, i think it's rare the music gets much better. He struggled with inner demons and I think that's how his music is so good.  I think if he did not suffer from depression, his music would be considerably different.

I read that "From the Morning" is about suicide and it's by far the best on the topic.
Nature seems to be the main focus of his lyrics and I find that more relatable than all else.

Every time, I feel that there is no hope and that i am not a part of society , I listen to this. Also when i want solitude.
Where I'm from is not my home, and neither's where i'm bound.

I'm a big Nick Drake fan, in fact NMA and the Beatles are the two only bands I kept on listening for years after I discovered Nick's stuff... I do listen to a lot of different music these days, but those three are, somehow, a home to me...
