I've often tried to counter balance the grumpy English tendency around this place (although I can be angry enough and bolshie enough for all of us at times
) . Lately both here and in my personal life I've had more than enough negativity to last however many lifetimes of the wheel of life it's gonna take to reach nirvana.
Yesterday I had what can only be described as a massive spiritual lift - gaining help and love from somewhere I would never have imagined I could. In return I promised that I would try and be the love that I was asking to be given. This is a little part of that promise.
Quotes can be trite or cliched and it's easy to sneer or be dismissive. We can choose to see things that way if we like or we can think on the words and see if we can get something from them.
So here we go.............. you don't have to explain why something means something to you unless you want to, some (including my starter for 10) will probably be obvious but we never know when something can turn the light back on in the dark:
