More then 30 years ago Fats, Ella Fitzgerald, B.B. King, Ray Charles, Stanley Clarke, Al DeMeola..., they were on stage here and I was there,  but `til then and now the stage (open air in a park for 2.000 visitors)  is only opened for classik music (opera) fans

Just a day before yesterday listened to Bob Mould's (singer, the guy in right) new album.

The day of Grant's death I traveled home from work listening to his Good News For Modern Man CD singing along to it as I drove.  I then found out that he'd died which brought tears to my eyes which is something that has never happened to me before after the death of a "pop star".  At least I saw him live so felt a bit closer to him through that.
