What a very sad day,have just found out Sam Spoons from The Bonzo Dog Doo Dah Band has just died.........Then read Marty Balin of Jefferson Airplane has also gone............. :'(  :'(  Love both bands..

Charles Aznavour,not my taste personally but a very well respected chanteur. Also superb in Tirez Sur Le Pianiste (Shoot The Pianist) a brilliant film directed by Francois  Truffaut ,who made some of my favourite films...................R.I.P

Brought so much happiness to kids like me... ended up broke and stacking shelves at a supermarket.  Sad.

Let's all watch this clip again, rumoured to have been actually broadcast at the time but since confirmed to be something they did for a laugh to play at the Christmas party... let's get our instruments out and play with our twangers whilst we're watching it!   :D

Watched Later with Jools Holland last night slightly better than last weeks show(IMHO).Good to see Charles Aznavour,Francois Truffaut and the film Shoot The Pianist all got a mention.

RIP Stan Lee... 95 years old, so that ain't a bad run.

Must have made him so proud to see his creations from decades ago become so popular with new generations...

Stan Lee  - surely 1 of the greatest imagery minds ever n I've never read a marvel comic but the characters he gave us and the platform he gave others to develop theirs will live way after us .
