Just came back to home. We had a trip to Turku today and had an awesome veggie lunch at the Roots Kitchen. We also checked an exhibition of Danish printmakers held at Joella Gallery. Then we went to record store and purchased four albums: Skitsystem, Voivod, Mekong Delta and Fear of War. Really curiously waiting to listen them. Nice day!

Just put the auld ticker to the test watching Scotland at the rugby, fcking hell couldn't have took two disappointments in a few days. At least we got there unlike the football. Who cares what happens now I'm not expecting to beat Wales or Australia

I hired a lawyer. I was wrongfully arrested and incarcerated on a warrant which had been dismissed months ago. I am coming for that town like the stars of 'Lust For Power'. I feel pretty good about the ultimate outcome because I had lawyers actually trying to outbid each other to take the case. It was a horrible and terrifying experience and I look forward to decimating the town budget.

It'm a he Anna and I have a postscript to that last post. It's relevant because I just got off the phone with a lawyer. Since my arrest and incarceration was the result of a computer glitch, I have no one to sue. Neat, huh ?
Can't sue a computer after all. As for the sheer terror and mental anguish, the message was basically 'Tough s__t'. Didn't the Exploited have a song which assured us that computers don't blunder ?
    So I was being told that just a moment ago.

How does this stack up? If I got injured by a machine operated by a 3rd party then it is the operator/owner that owes me redress.  Surely that applies equally if the machine is a 13T Excavator or a computer?

So who is responsible for the operation of the computer that fecked up?
