Rather a good first episode of a sixth series, I thought... SPOILERS AHEAD!
Much of it reminding us of stuff from the fifth series with minor updates, but that's to be expected with so many characters...
Not enough Imp, but loving Brienne (when can I get a 6 foot two warrior woman to pledge her allegiance to me?) ... laughed out loud when the new Khal guy was utterly unimpressed with Dany's increasingly long list of pretentious titles... Cersei's subtly played reaction when the boat came in and she realised her daughter was dead (
love Lena Headey and I might actually be growing some sympathy for Cersei...) but what's happening to Arya, my favourite character other than Tyrian..? I want to adopt her!
Wierdest moment, for me, was seeing a sick c-word like Ramsay actually being saddened by the death of Myranda and then requested that her body to be fed to his hounds... he's one f'd-up fella!
Good start to the sixth season, IMO.
