Like somebody I know posted on FB - a justice minister who wants to bring back hanging, an equalities minister who voted against same-sex marriage and a health minister who is anti-abortion. Yes i find this disgusting, it was sick enough that the ***** got a heroes send off but this is totally sick. Why not give the money to some of the communities that were destroyed by her policies, i can think of a few right here in east Ayrshire. Just what the Fck did she do for this country but divide it, the rich got their pay off whilst the rest of us got shafted and young men got send war to win tory votes

I just think that within one week of being re-elected, He Who Shall Not Be Named has chosen NOT to announce anything that is of good to the general public but two messages which I regard as coded f-yous to the working classes and a smug thumbs-up to his rich pals.

Be interesting to hear some viewpoins on Mrs T from some of our non-British posters. Cant say I have a Tory bone in my body and hated what was happening here during her reign. BUT....im fairly convinced on the international stage shevrose Britains profile and given what happened before with widespread strikes. Something had to change. She changed it , right or wrong. I wonder exactly how history will view her? I dont think given the diviciveness of her era and how its still fresh in so many peoples minds, it offers any reconcilliation. More an up yours, we beat you.
