I seen these as well  n did think wtf what next . Maybe a set of playing cards would have been a better idea

Have to admit, I would like a pack. The price is a bit off putting though !! Did like Top trumps in the 70's, entertainment before computers games  ;)

Never seen those before - oof! hours and hours playing top trumps. Reminds me of long journeys on the plastic seats in mark III Cortina's  ;D

Playing cards... Maybe I should admit this now: it's been an idea that I'd like to craft some time in the future. You know, I'm a freelance printmaker as in secondary job and would like to do this. Coloured woodcut medium on some stiff paper cards or something. But what, or WHO band members - would be the four of kind/colours? Just thinking.

All the album and some of the single covers for a start. The band members past and present plus joolz and Tommy tee etc as well as family members, the band on stage, I'm sure you could get 52 pictures fairly easily. Some t shirt designs as well

I was given a set of Bond Girl top trumps for Christmas as a joke. Before I could surreptitiously hide the, my seven year old insisted we played a game. Fortunately the categories of Seduction, Brutality, Twisted Mind, Threat to the World, etc were lost on him.

He won.

It's a card game where all cards relate to a particular topic  - the first ones I came across in my (distant) youth were cars and you compared various ratings - BHP, Top Speed, Cylinders, Engine Capacity etc. The player with the best score won the cards, and got to call the category for the next card. Winning entailed obtaining all the cards.
