Has anyone got Richard Hawley's latest album? I think it's a great album, I can't stop listening to it!

Gotta be honest, the only Mr Hawley song I know is the duet he did with the Manic Street Preachers, 'Rewind The Film'...

... but I'd be interested in where to go from this, kind of your question in reverse, where to start?   :(

Master Ray,

I like all Richard Hawley's albums, but continuing with the 'reverse' theme, I would suggest starting with his latest album: Hollow Meadows. As I said in my previous message, I think it's a cracking album, and the penultimate track, Heart of Oak just rocks! Although it's his latest album, I think it would make a great introduction to his work.

His previous album, Standing at the Sky's Edge, is his loudest, angry album so to speak. By contrast, his 2005 Coles Corner, is a genuinely gorgeous affair.

I have no idea if any of that helps you at all???  ???

All the best,
Johnny
